- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 & 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups blackberries or other fresh fruit
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
This recipe is really easy. I like recipes where you can switch ingredients and use what is in season. Frozen fruit is OK to use too.
