This recipe is from my sister Mary (Ebby). She made the best homemade noodles too. I’ll get to those another time. I still miss her after all these years.
•2 large packages of cream cheese (softened)
•1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Dip
•1 bunch of green onions (chopped)
Mix cream cheese and dip mix thoroughly. Add the green onions. Spread on soft tortillas, roll and chill in fridg overnite. Slice and serve.
***When I make these I put a slice of shaved ham on before I roll them up.
