Lemon Jello Cake

from my cousin Audrey
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. cold water
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
1 pkg. lemon cake mix

2 c. confectioners’ sugar
Juice of 2 lemons or 5-6 tbsp. ReaLemon

Combine lemon Jello, cold water and eggs. Beat 2 minutes.
Empty cake mix in bowl. Add Jello mixture and oil. Beat 1
minute. Pour into 9″x13″ pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes. Remove from oven. Prick full of holes with a long
tine fork. Combine confectioners’ sugar and lemon juice.
Pour evenly over hot cake.
