Fiesta Cake

From the Taste of Heaven Cookbook, First United Methodist Church, O’Fallon Illinois
•2 cups sugar
•2 cups flour
•2 teaspoons soda
•1 medium size can of crushed pineapple with juice
•2 eggs
Spray 13X9 pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together by hand. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Frosting
•1 – 8 ounce package of cream cheese
•1/4 cup softened butter
•1 & 3/4 cup powdered sugar
•1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix thoroughly together with mixer. Frost cake when cooled.
