Key Lime Cake

•1 pkg yellow or white cake mix
•1/2 cup water
•1/2 cup lime juice
•1 pkg lime jello
•1/2 cup oil
•4 eggs

With electric mixer, blend all ingredients together on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Pour into bundt pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 40 – 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
After removing cake from oven use a fork with long tines to poke holes all through the cake from top to bottom, many times. Drizzle with icing while still warm.

•Icing
•2 cups powdered sugar
•1/4 cup lime juice

Invert pan on plate and add a little drizzle on top.

NOTE: you may also use orange juice/w orange jello; lemon juice/w lemon jello
