An original recipe from a friend.
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
In another bowl mix together:
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup of nuts chopped fine
- 1/2 cup coconut
- Candied cherries or raisins can be added if desired.
